Privacy policy
This policy explains what data Advistat collects, why, and what rights you have. Advistat is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Neverov, Batumi, Georgia, who acts as the data controller. For any privacy request, write to hello@advistat.ai.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on advistat.ai, we collect your name, work email, company name and the message you send. We also set a single technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference; it contains no personal data.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and operate the site. Lawful basis under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) — your explicit consent given when submitting the contact form — and Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in operating a business website. We do not use this data for marketing automation, profiling or behavioural advertising. We do not run third-party analytics on this site.
Where it goes
Form submissions are composed in your default email client and sent to our team mailbox. The site itself does not retain a server-side copy of your submission. Email correspondence is stored in our mailbox provider's infrastructure on behalf of the controller.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is retained for up to twenty-four months after the last interaction, then deleted. The NEXT_LOCALE cookie has a one-year lifetime and can be cleared at any time from your browser.
Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law you may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restriction of processing of, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@advistat.ai with proof of identity.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed only by Advistat and by the mailbox provider that hosts our team email.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
